Mtimkhulu Networks support encourages you to contact us if you have any technical questions about any networking products, Service or Project Management problems you are experiencing. Please contact us right away and we will work with you to make sure you are up and running ASAP.

 

When logging a ticket, please include a detailed description of the situation, including all relevant network test results and product revisions. Technical Support tickets should be addressed to the Technical Support Department or noc@mtimkhulu.com
 

Fault Reporting Steps:

1. Call 010 009 5459

2. Ask to be transferred to the NOC

3. Open a ticket with one of our friendly agents and receive a reference number

4. An Engineer will be assigned to you within an hour

5. Call 082 933 3620 for escalations

 

After Hours Support
 

Mtimkhulu Networks provides Technical Support and It is recommended that maintenance or installation support outside of normal business hours is pre-arranged.
